The concept for United Tractor Headquarters is designed as a visual testament to the forward thinking ideologies of the company. Received the Platinum Green Building by Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), the elevated inner court in the middle of the 10-stories building forms an oasis for natural light and fresh air to flow throughout the development. The space is energy efficient by integrating with a panel photovoltaic facade, installing a green wall, and recycle water to flush and plant watering with an eco water treatment system.
