Equity Tower

Equity Tower is a modern multi-tenant office building located in the finest Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) in downtown Jakarta. The tower’s primary lateral seismic system is a dual system consisting of reinforced concrete core walls and reinforced concrete moment frames. This tower sits on top of 3.5m thick raft foundation.
