This iconic development includes a pair of 45-story office tower and a 35-story 5-star full-service hotel tower featuring a sunken plaza and raised retail podium. Located in Jakarta's Golden Triangle, the site is a self-sustaining development that offers pedestrian-friendly design for visual connectivity.

Guided by contemporary environmental architecture, the unitized curtain wall with high-environment IGU creates a facade fuse of aesthetics and performance. The use of 150mm-deep vertical fins in the curtain wall further emphasize sun-shading. Both functions to minimize the east-west solar exposure.
