An iconic addition to Jakarta's financial district, Millennium Centennial Center won the Best Landscape Architectural Design in 2017 by Indonesia Property Award. The 54-story, 251-m tower will host an office space with 6 levels of basement for parking.

The cavern-like wall of adjacent towers and a feature of large expanse glass references a botanical oasis that evokes a sense of serenity within the bustling city. With a lush green garden setting and a semi-public park, the building represents a bold vision of the new millennium era of Jakarta, one that committed to being environmentally responsible and resource-efficient.

Sustainability is a key consideration in the design of the Millennium Centennial Center. Integrated with high-efficiency VRV multi-split cooling systems, the building consumes 30% less electricity. The project presented an opportunity to redevelop an existing site for more efficient land use and increasing public engagement with connecting it to Transajarta's busway and the city’s new MRT line.
